Overview
suki.bot collects the minimum data needed to operate: your email for authentication, commission details you voluntarily submit, and anonymous analytics. I don't sell your data. I don't run third-party ad trackers. This isn't Facebook.
What I collect
- ▸ Email + password for account authentication. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. I never see them in plaintext.
- ▸ Commission data including project title, description, type, budget, timeline, and your proposed payment offer. You submit this voluntarily.
- ▸ Chat messages you send through the dashboard chat or AI support widget.
- ▸ Newsletter email if you subscribe. One-click unsubscribe in every email.
What I don't collect
- ✕ Third-party advertising cookies
- ✕ Cross-site tracking pixels
- ✕ Your browsing history on other sites
- ✕ Biometric or device fingerprinting data
How I use your data
- ▸ To authenticate your account and show your commissions
- ▸ To respond to your commission requests and chat messages
- ▸ To send newsletters you opted into
Data storage
Data is stored in a SQLite database on the suki.bot server. All passwords are bcrypt-hashed. API communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Database backups are encrypted at rest.
Your rights
- ▸ Access to request a copy of your data
- ▸ Deletion to request permanent removal of your account and data
- ▸ Export to receive your commission history in JSON
To exercise any of these rights, reach out via the contact page.
Cookies
suki.bot uses a single authentication token stored in localStorage, not a cookie. No tracking cookies, no ad cookies, no analytics cookies. Your browser doesn't leave a trail here.
